It has been matured for at least 120 days from the date of production and put on the market. It contains at least 45% milk fat in dry matter. It is produced in accordance with the TGK Cheese Communiqué. FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal Management System are implemented in the Gürsüt production facility.
