Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, salt, starter culture, preservative (potassium sorbate).
Store at +4/+6°C and consume before expiration date. Contains at least 25% milk fat in dry matter.
Expiry date (STT) and Lot number (P) are on the packaging.
It is produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex cheese communiqué. At the Gürsüt production facility, FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Halal Management System are implemented.
